RETURNS POLICY – AussieBuy

AussieBuy is committed to customer satisfaction.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we are here to help.


30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for:

  • Damaged items

  • Faulty or defective products

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Items not as described

Proof of purchase is required.


Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind unless approved by our support team.
If accepted:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs may apply

  • A restocking fee may be charged


Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged:

  1. Email us within 7 days at sales@aussiebuy.com.au

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the issue

    • Description of the problem

We will assess and provide:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, or

  • Store credit (if preferred)


Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label

  • Send you the correct item once the incorrect item is received


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team

  2. Receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number

  3. Pack your item safely

  4. Attach return label (if provided)

  5. Return the item to the allocated warehouse

Items returned without an RA number may be rejected.


Refund Timeframes

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are normally processed within:

  • 3–7 business days back to your payment method


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturing fault)

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Personal care goods

  • Items without original packaging
