30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for:

Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer returns for change of mind unless approved by our support team.
If accepted:

The item must be unused and in original packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged:

Email us within 7 days at sales@aussiebuy.com.au

Photos/videos of the issue

Description of the problem

We will assess and provide:

Replacement, or
-
Refund, or
-
Store credit (if preferred)
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, we will:

Provide a prepaid return label

Send you the correct item once the incorrect item is received
Return Process

Contact our support team

Receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number

Pack your item safely
-
Attach return label (if provided)

Return the item to the allocated warehouse
Items returned without an RA number may be rejected.
Refund Timeframes
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are normally processed within:

3–7 business days back to your payment method
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturing fault)

Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
